At En Flor Learning Academy, our hope is that every child enters our space feeling safe, seen, understood, regulated, connected, and excited to learn.

We believe these are not extras to education.

They are the foundation.

I'm Anaeli Ceballos, founder of En Flor Learning Academy.

In 2023, I stepped away from traditional educational and clinical settings to create something more aligned with my values, experience, and heart. I wanted a space where children could be seen for who they are rather than expected to fit within a one-size-fits-all system.

That's why I planted En Flor ("In Bloom") — a learning community rooted in the belief that every child learns differently, feels differently, and deserves an individualized path to growth.

With over eight years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, and teaching students in both traditional and nontraditional settings, I've had the privilege of working alongside more than 30 families throughout their educational and developmental journeys.

At En Flor, we intentionally nurture:

I proudly support children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, sensory differences, learning challenges, and children who simply benefit from a more individualized approach.

More than anything, my goal is to help children develop the confidence, resilience, self-awareness, communication skills, and love of learning that will serve them throughout their lives. My hope is that children leave En Flor with the confidence to believe they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

Not because everything comes easily, but because they have learned how to persevere, problem-solve, adapt, ask for help, trust themselves, and continue growing through challenges.

While academic growth is important, the greatest gift I hope to nurture is a child's belief in their own potential.

When children feel safe, seen, understood, and supported, they begin to discover what they are truly capable of.

That confidence can stay with them for a lifetime.

Because education is not only about what children know.

It's also about who they are becoming.
